The cost of living in the southwest is lower than in any other town I have lived in, but it is still a little high for me. We are talking about a very rural area here with no big cities. There are no good grocery stores, and the food in the stores I have been to is not the healthiest.
Another reason I decided to look for a new job in the area was the low cost of living. With my current job, I can buy all of my groceries at Walmart. I live in a very rural area and that’s hard to do. The only thing I have that Walmart provides is gas and other supplies. Because I live so far from the nearest major city, I have been looking for a job that is closer to the city.
